EMGE DFS ("we", "us") runs the members site at app.whatsyourlineup.com, which provides daily fantasy sports projections, matchup data and lineup tools. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and name, provided when you create an account (directly or through Google sign-in). If you use Google sign-in, Google shares only your basic profile (name, email, profile picture).
- Membership information: which sports you subscribe to, your plan, its start and expiry dates, and notes we record about your payment (for example the amount and method).
- Usage information: when you last visited, and standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect or store card or bank details. Payments made by Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or other services are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To sign you in and give you access to the sports you subscribe to.
- To manage your membership and contact you about it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that are required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: Clerk (sign-in and account security), Google (optional sign-in) and Railway (hosting). They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Retention and your choices
We keep your account and membership records while you have an account. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing emge.fantasy@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends access to the site.
Children
The site is intended for adults who meet the legal age for daily fantasy sports where they live. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let members know by email.
