These terms apply to your use of the EMGE DFS members site at app.whatsyourlineup.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

EMGE DFS provides daily fantasy sports research: projections, defense-vs-position data and a lineup optimizer. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Projections are estimates and can be wrong. We do not guarantee any results, and you are solely responsible for your contest entries and any money you play with.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age and location requirements for daily fantasy sports where you live.

Accounts

• Memberships are for one person. Do not share your login or redistribute, resell or publish site content (including projections and lineups) without our permission.
• Do not scrape, copy in bulk or interfere with the site.
• We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Memberships and payment

• Each sport (for example NBA or NFL) is a separate membership with its own plan and expiry date.
• Access for a sport starts when we confirm your payment and lasts through the expiry date shown on your account page.
• Refunds are at our discretion. If the site is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will make it right.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site up to date and available, but data depends on outside sources and may be delayed or unavailable at times. We may change, add or remove features.

No affiliation

EMGE DFS is not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings, FanDuel, the NBA, the NFL or any team or player.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses, including contest losses, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
